DESCRIPTION:Swing Brothers with Sista Paula are a popular jazz\, swing\, and blues band based in the Sunshine Coast hinterland of Queensland. Known for their high-energy\, toe-tapping performances\, the band covers a wide musical range\, from Chuck Berry to Gershwin\, with the motto\, “It don’t mean a thing\, if it ain’t got that Swing!”. \nFeaturing\n\nSista Paula (Paula Brackenborough-Williams): Vocals\n“Peter G” (Peter Gawith): Guitar\nHoward Combes: Double Bass\n\nThe group is known for its versatility and ability to “swing anything”. Their setlists often feature jazz standards like Billie Holiday’s “God Bless the Child\,” as well as blues numbers such as “Love Me Like a Man”. Performances also feature many of Paula’s wonderful original songs.
